In the interest of balance, here’s a fanciful ramble through all those adorable things that babies learn in their first year. It takes a village and we had one – an army of adoring fans and helpers from age 3 on up through great-grandmothers. They all came to celebrate Savannah’s first birthday with her and watch her investigate her very first birthday cake. 😂
